Make important records independently verifiable.

ProofStamp a file, approval, inspection or decision record at the point that may matter later. The recipient can check that their copy matches the record you preserved.

Reduce disputes, strengthen audit trails, and make important handoffs easier to check.

Add proof where it matters.

ProofStamp the point in a workflow that may later be questioned.

01

Approvals

Document → Approval → ProofStamp → Release

02

Inspections

Photo / report → ProofStamp → Handoff

03

AI review

AI evidence → Human review → ProofStamp → Decision

Add proof where a later question would be expensive to resolve.

What the recipient gets

Send the file as usual, together with its ProofStamp or verification link.

Later, the recipient can check their copy against the SHA-256 fingerprint preserved in the ProofStamp.

No access to your internal systems is required.

Add proof without replacing your systems

ProofStamp does not need to become your workflow. Add it at one useful checkpoint and keep everything else as it is.

How it works

1

The exact file bytes produce a SHA-256 fingerprint.

2

The fingerprint is preserved in a ProofStamp, receipt or timestamp record.

3

The original file does not need to be uploaded to ProofStamp for hashing.

4

Later, the recipient hashes their copy and checks whether the fingerprint matches.

Different ProofStamp methods preserve the fingerprint differently. Some also add public or external time evidence.

What a ProofStamp can establish

  • A later file matches the recorded SHA-256 fingerprint.
  • The exact bytes represented by that fingerprint have not changed.
  • Depending on the method, external evidence that the fingerprint existed by a certain time.

What it does not establish

  • That the contents are true.
  • Who created or owns the record.
  • That a photo represents what actually happened.
  • Whether the record was changed before it was ProofStamped.
ProofStamp provides integrity and time evidence with explicit limits. It is not a certificate that the contents are true or authentic.
