ProofStamp for AI

Make an AI conversation verifiable.

Save a portable record of an AI session, verify its exact bytes with SHA-256, and keep a detached receipt you can check later.

How it works

Capture. Verify. Keep.

ProofStamp records what the AI environment can legitimately access and keeps the limits of that evidence explicit.

1

Capture

Use the public prompt or installed Skill to create a portable session record.

2

Verify

The saved artifact is hashed with SHA-256 and checked against the detached receipt.

3

Keep

Download the artifact and receipt. Keep them yourself or use the prepared email handoff.

What you get

Evidence you can keep.

Conversation record Portable session evidence in *.proofstamp.json
Detached receipt Byte size, SHA-256 fingerprint, and exact-byte verification.
Conversation coverage A statement of what could and could not be confirmed from the session.
What it proves

Integrity, not truth.

A matching SHA-256 shows that the saved artifact still matches the fingerprint recorded in its receipt.

  • It does not prove that the AI output is correct.
  • It does not automatically prove that the conversation is complete.
  • It does not mean the AI provider authenticated the record.
  • It does not prove when the original conversation happened.

ProofStamp this session.

Review the public instructions, then use them in the AI conversation you want to preserve.

For a fully verified ProofStamp, the AI environment must be able to save a stable file, read the exact saved bytes back, and calculate SHA-256.
